A desire to make connections and find meaningful work drove Sarah Laloyan to volunteer at the assisted living community near her home starting at age 14. Continuing to work there throughout high school and college, Laloyan quickly realized that healthcare would be her life’s work.
She was promoted to the position of executive director of an assisted living community by the age of 25 and advanced to the position of senior executive director for Atria Senior Living in Los Angeles shortly after joining the company. A few years later, her tenacity and service record earned her a promotion to lead Atria’s Signature and Coterie brands as vice president of operations and product development.
Laloyan now serves as senior vice president of Coterie and Signature operations, leading the operations and brand portfolio of luxury communities for Atria in numerous metropolitan areas, including Manhattan, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
She has an ability to focus on great hospitality combined with world-class health and wellness, but Layolan also prides herself on her personal touch, integrity and a high bar for customer service. She has overseen the opening of every Coterie community as well as the grand re-opening of Atria’s expanded Newport Beach community.
