Good news to those folks who still want to show off their tech prowess! McKnight’s has pushed the deadline for nominations for its Excellence in Technology Awards to a week later, Friday, July 31.
The program offers an opportunity for long-term care and senior care providers to demonstrate how they have used technology to improve an aspect of operations. The competition features two tracks — one for skilled nursing and one for senior living — with six categories each. They include: Quality, High-Tech/High-Touch, Innovator of the Year, Keep It Super Simple, Safety, and Transitions. Entries should focus on the programs of provider organizations.
